  2. Heavy days call for gentle reminders.
As my dad adjusts to life in long-term care, I’m trying to slow my thoughts, take deep breaths, and focus only on what’s in front of me today.

  3. I’ve never feared the spotlight.

  4. Your network should just work.

    No more duct-taping platforms.
No more fixing things that break when you’re exhausted.

I build digital systems that run in the background
—so you can show up in the foreground.

    Automation isn’t about doing less.
    It’s about living more.

  10. Dad can't do his regular #HandExercises with left(antibiotics IV line is still on that arm) but insisted on doing his exercises with right hand. We did some bedside light stretches & leg lifts after.

I have extra respite help until Friday. Then, we're switched back to 6 hrs/week respite support after; anything over that isn't subsidized & we can't afford it.

  12. Set #Dad up with some #Chinese streaming entertainment; after his lunch. I have extra #caregiving #respite help today & grateful for that.
