#GreenGuidance as a way of making the #careers sector suck less ? One of the things I struggle with in our field is moving away from the role of #career practitioners as "the priests of #Self / #SelfDevelopment ". Frankly, if our job is to help people better integrate into the labour market, make precarious sectors more attractive etc. and serve employers' interests, than we are just tools for maintaining deeply unjust system. But translating the strive for collective agency and system change into to #careers practice, #CareerEducation is a... challenge...
