I give you The Poor Man's Cutlery Organizer.

Prior to a few minutes ago, the cutlery was just floating freely in the drawer. As I was putting away dishes, I had an idea. I took a Belvita box. I cut it in half. Bingo! A cutlery organizer!

"But why did you not buy one?"

Because the idiots that designed this hutch decided to save money by making the drawers not deep enough. There *is* enough space in the hutch for deeper drawers. They *decided* to make the drawers shorter. The end result is that there is literally no off-the-shelf organizer that will fit into this drawer.

I thought about building something with parts, etc. but I'm just not interested. This is an ugly solution, but it was trivial to implement, and it is definitely better than having the utensils all higgledy-piggeldy in there.

Trivial wins the day. Maybe someday I'll find an organizer that I want to buy and will fit into this drawer.
