    The article describes the weakening of the Greater Manchester Combined Authority's sustainability policies, we believe as a concession to developers.
    We had no notice of the changes but with other community and campaigning groups were able to argue against them. We have to wait to see what the Inspectors will conclude but aren't optimistic.
