This is the building site in front of the apartment building I live, the owners are setting up a parking lot. The workers are using a device to set the curb stones, it has handles on it to do the job manually. But instead of doing so, they use a small excavator to lift the stones and set them in place.

I know they are heavy, but the excavator uses fuel that produces an avoidable amount of CO², and avoidable costs for fuel.
