Love how #CaravanSandWitch builds no pressure and still is exciting. Even when I leave the #game it tucks me in a blanket by saying "don't worry, your progress will be saved" instead of "you will lose your progress if you haven't saved it". Also, no energy gauge and no time limits. I don't want to walk all the way back to the van? It'll beam me right there. I can avoid a fair amount of backtracking and there is no content padding but the right amount of story and sidequests.

Still bringing someone or something from A to B, still exploring the world by foot or by vehicle, still finding a path, still nice music, a stunning landscape and a hooking story but way more cozy.

J’ai redonné sa chance à #CaravanSandWitch version Switch en mettant la cartouche dans la #Switch2.
Le jeu est bien plus beau : résolution constante, pas de chute de FPS. C’est enfin agréable.Dommage, le jeu me donne le mal des transports avec de fortes nausées 😅
On va laisser tomber définitivement du coup. -

Petite pépite française, avec des personnages aux pronons iels bien respectés (<3), une ambiance des calanques marseillaise avec des grillons le long de la route, mélangé à une post-apo où un petit village autonome essaie de survivre, avec des nomades, des créatures-grenouilles produisant du mycéllium, et... des sorcière et un van !
Tu joue Sauge, une petite native de la planète qui revient d'un long séjour dans l'espace (la ville), ta grand-mère te prête le seul van de Cigalo et tu enquête sur le mystère autour de la disparition de ta grande sœur...
De temps en temps un peu longuet quand il faut chercher des composants pour faire avancer l'intrigue, l'exploration est parfois un peu frustrante puisque tu dois revenir dans certaines zones où tu te perds un peu parce qu'il te manquais une mécanique débloquée plus tard dans le jeu, mais heureusement les petites quêtes sont vraiment chouettes (même si le gameplay est pas hyper diversifié c'est surtout du plateforming).
Par contre l'ambiance est un banger, l'histoire devient très très prenante vers la fin, avec un super final ! La patte graphique est super cool, et conduire le van est un vrai bonheur. Heureusement la carte n'est pas gigantesque et tu te retrouve rapidement d'un bout à l'autre si besoin.
