With most websites, they save data to your device. Maybe try clearing that data by clearing the website's cache.Another option is to try a different web browser engine. So, if you're using Firefox (gecko), try Brave (chromium) or Safari (webkit).
And finally, if you're using their app (if they have one), try using a web browser instead.
PS: I know you said “#CaraApp,” but that's also the website's name. So if you mean their app, well, disregard. 😉

Although #CaraApp isn't part of the Fediverse, I still think it's an excellent tool for showcasing your #artwork. I tried Pixelfed, but it didn't quite suit my needs. I prefer Mastodon for sharing short videos and use #Cara as my #portfolio platform. Highly recommend!

#CaraApp / #Cara was on my radar for two years but wouldn't have fit some of my old art (they also felt like they were only looking for professionals back then) - with semi starting over they could be interesting tho.

I'm still not sure what to do with instagram, but in the meanwhile, I'm starting to like Cara. I'll try to upload more there, like in the old days, when I liked to share my art without the stress of having to please an algorithm.

So I became a regular supporter for cara.app in the hopes it will slowly grow into a good place for my art friends, I suggest others do the same if you can.

Seems like Cara doesn't share their user's content for AI training, but their app shares everything else with Microsoft and other partners. 30 attempts in less than 24 hours, and I only opened the app once that day...
These "savior platforms" always have something under their sleeve, especially when all just seems too good to be true.
