Chris: This is a screen capture of a comparison at 100% so the image quality won't be that high. On the left is an image from a Sony a7RIII, shot at ISO 10000.
On the right is an image made after running it through Topaz DeNoise. NB: The Topaz version I have is five years old so I'm sure they've iterated since then. I tend not to shoot at high ISO as I don't like the reduction in dynamic range, among other things.
In the middle is the image after running it through C1 16.8 Beta advanced noise reduction. It's important to note that this is still a beta. Still, of the three I would say it's the best.

Chris: As you (probably) know, the interface for C1 is highly customizable. If you do make changes to how C1 looks/works for you, make sure to save your Workspace (Window/Workspace/Save Workspace). You can save more than one Workspace so if you have a two monitor setup for example you can have different Workspaces for one vs. two screens...
When upgrading to a new version of C1 it will revert to the default Workspace so it's important to save yours before upgrading.
P.S. You can save your custom keyboard shortcuts too..

Oh, this is frustrating. I must have hit the wrong key combination, and now my #CaptureOnePro interface has suddenly, totally changed, and I can't remember how to get it back the way I like it! [EDIT: Now fixed after I found I had toggled the Viewer off!]

Any #CaptureOnePro users on here? I have a perpetual licence (16.2.6.7, C1P 23), but want to experiment with the new negative conversion features of the latest release. If I download a trial, will it cause problems with my existing version? I would make a new catalogue for the trial with some Raw files in it. #FilmPhotography
