@thesquirrelfish I don't think that any wireless device can be fully "anonymous" but have you heard of the #CapePhone?
It's not fully anonymous either but it changes your IMSI daily for calls/Net use & if you route thru a good VPN & use Signal, it's probably the best you can do, if you need/want that level of Net security & privacy.
