Am Sonntag habe ich eine kleine Radtour mit meinem fast neuen #Canyon #EMTB (350 km) gemacht, das bereits mehrmals in der Werkstatt war. Nach 25km lautes knarzen und klackern, auch im Leerlauf. Der nächste freie Termin im Münchner Canyon-Store wäre der 30.Juli - ohne Worte. Ich hab sowas von die Schnauze voll. Nie wieder #canyonbikes. #servicewuste #fahrrad -

My #PNW components for my #CanyonNeuron have finally arrived (it actually didn't take that long considering they shipped from the USA to Portugal).

This weekend, for the first time since I got my Canyon Neuron, I went for an actual mountain bike ride 🚵♂️. Went for one of the official blue trails (with a slight detour) from Centro de BTT de Valongo.

This is beginning to be fun again as the trails get better by the day.

First real ride since the accident.
Didn't go really far, though a tiny bit further than indicated because I forgot to start the Garmin.
A few reasons...
1. I forgot to transfer my mirror over
2. There is ice in the bike lanes in some places
3. My cardio is woefully bad after not riding since October 29!#garmin
