Mehl #Kakao Zucker Butter Eigelb Apfelessig + zu einem glatten Teig verkneten. Ruhen lassen. Den Teig dünn ausrollen, Kreise ausstechen. #Cannoli-Formen fetten + mit Mehl bestäuben, Kreise darum wickeln, die Enden mit Eiweiß bestreichen, gut festdrücken. In Öl frittieren, abkühlen + mit einer Creme aus #Ricotta #Puderzucker + #Zitronenabrieb füllen, die Enden in gehackte #Pistazien #Mandeln o. #Schokolade drücken.
