I just randomly remembered when 10yr old me looked up sugar floss in grandma's cookbook from the 1920s. Cheap candy floss machines weren't sold in Sweden yet, and I wanted to make my own. The recipe (abbr,)
•oil your hands
•secure a clean stick with your knees
•take a öump of hot, melted sugar with your bare hands
•throw the lump around the stick so strands of melted sugar form a flossIt was a _bit_ more hardcore than I anticipated.
