I would love to see a #CFL commercial like we see in #Canada about bringing home the #StanleyCup. But, it would be along the lines of bringing home the #GreyCup to Canada since 1996.

Tennis legend Serena Williams has purchased a share of WNBA team the Toronto Tempo, which will enter the league in summer 2026. It's Canada's first WNBA team. She joins an ownership group alongside Larry Tanenbaum, the Canadian businessman who is also part owner of the Toronto Maple Leafs, Raptors and more. “This moment is not just about basketball; it is about showcasing the true value and potential of female athletes," Williams said.

Way too young. 😔 If you're a Canadian and a fan of sports, you know Darren Dutchyshen, or Dutchy. A long standing member of TSN, Canada's equivalent of ESPN, Dutchy covered hockey, football and even soccer at times.
RIP, Dutchy, at 57 years young.
