    On April 5, 2025, two-member musical unit Hakoniwalily released the music video for “Shitsumon, Koitte Nandeshouka?” (which translates to “Question, What is Love?”). The song is being used as the opening theme for the Spring 2025 anime, Can a Boy-Girl Friendship Survive?

    Can a Boy-Girl Friendship Survive? Episode 1 Impressions

    I enjoyed this first episode. It did a good job of setting up the friendship between Yu and Himari. Yu's a solid male character with a passion for his jewelry creations. Himari is a fun female best friend who wants to support Yu's dream.

    The show has some good animation, and the comedy was entertaining. I just hope whether the chooses lovers or friends at the end, it feels natural and not forced.

    I'm not sure if I'm in to watch weekly yet, but will be watching a couple more episodes.
