Also, I find the choice of our words can make a difference or we perceive that differently than others. That's why we have to be careful what we post to prevent triggering others & setting someone off. When I say 'setting someone off,' I mean, someone could take even a simple word out of context and this could later lead to a crisis. It's better to always ask and inquire. I'm not implying I'm a #MentalHealth expert. As a human being, I'm still learning myself. I'm learning each and every day to become a better person. We're all learning and growing every day.
