To release a camera held by Peak Design's Capture Clip (V3), one has to push the release button. Lose this button and the clip no longer functions. Peak Design doesn't offer replacement parts for the Capture Clip. This 3D printed button attaches to the Capture Clip with a M2 12mm hex cap bolt to fully restore function.

Behold the majesty of early AF in the Ricoh 50 f2 AF (oct 1981). Much better than the contemporary Me-f. Also, WAY cheaper when new ($125) compared to Pentax. Technological progress goes: Bbbbrrrrrrzzszztttttt!!!! #BelieveInFilm #CameraGear

This is, of course, a ridiculous camera. But I DO love it: 10 batteries! (4 AA, 2 AAA, 4 lr44) 3 shutter releases, none of which are vertical/portrait. A kickstand! - (which IS helpful when loaded with this top-heavy lens!) 3x power buttons that need to be turned off or it drains! #CameraGear

Cool bit of Pentax design continuity: The af system also works with mf lenses for focus confirmation. When the subject is in focus a green hexagonal led lights up. Even the most recent Pentax dslrs (like my k1ii) have the same symbol to confirm focus, ~35 years later! #CameraGear #Pentax

This is the only af lens built for this system. A remarkable, weird, early, fast midrange zoom but which takes 4 aa batteries, won’t af with other bodies, and can’t be easily focused manually. 😅😅 #CameraGear
