i hate that when i see a google doc call out to someone, the first and very much important things that appears during the first 150 pages is "this person draws porn of fictional characters that don't exist and it's gross >:("
and it's only at the very bottom, like the last 5 pages, that it says "oh, and if that's not enough, this person also told a minor to end themselves and dox them"
LIKE, WHY IS THAT AT THE END??? WHY IS THAT AT-THE-END?? THAT'S THE MOST IMPORTANT THING YOU SHOULD'VE PUT FIRST. EVERYTHING ELSE IS FUCKING IRRELEVANT. THAT'S THE IMPORTANT THING THAT SHOULD'VE BEEN ON THE VERY FIRST PAGE OMG

@alineblankertz in my world we call these "calling in"- an invitation to be in dialogue about a blindspot, rather than a shaming to be broadcast outward without the other's involvement.
I also think that #callouts are a natural consequence of spaces without care.

I recently switched from #OneNote to #Markdown as my primary #notetaking setup. Loving it, but why can't the commuity agree on a common standard for #admonitions / #callouts? Love it to have an #infovbox toolbar item to insert nice... yes infoboxes/adminitions/callouts (how you want to call it). But nearly every Markdown editor/engine uses their own annotation, which makes it hard to use the feature.
