@alineblankertz in my world we call these "calling in"- an invitation to be in dialogue about a blindspot, rather than a shaming to be broadcast outward without the other's involvement.
I also think that #callouts are a natural consequence of spaces without care.

I recently switched from #OneNote to #Markdown as my primary #notetaking setup. Loving it, but why can't the commuity agree on a common standard for #admonitions / #callouts? Love it to have an #infovbox toolbar item to insert nice... yes infoboxes/adminitions/callouts (how you want to call it). But nearly every Markdown editor/engine uses their own annotation, which makes it hard to use the feature.

I love using callouts in my notes, and using the @obsidian community plugin "Obsidian Columns", you can easily create nice layout templates.
An example could be an "Invoice Template"! -
