@Hellybootwader I am just at the very beginning of my journey of learning about perennial vegetables and growing in the UK. I am familiar with Jerusalem artichoke which I love but don't want to plant in the ground as they will overtake our garden. This year, concentrated on food from my culture which can grow in Wales but is not sold or if it is, it's expensive #mustardgreens #collardgreens #callaloo #okra #goatpepper
