The "link" is that they are ideological and factual enemies in #Palestine and uninvolved in the global arena (since #Hamas is a national movement seeking to liberate #Palestine and has no ambition to conquer or control anything beyond that, let alone build a global "#caliphate"). If there has ever been "tolerance" of #ISIL related groups by Hamas it was out of sheer necessity in order to survive the blockade/siege.
