WHERE: Most of #SanBenito County & #Cholame Hills in Southeast #Monterey County, #North #SanFrancisco Bay Interior Mountains, North SF Bay Interior Valleys & Southern #Salinas Valley/Arroyo Seco & Lake San Antonio. #California
IMPACTS: Frost & freeze could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation & possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing. Cold conditions will be hazardous to sensitive populations such as unhoused individuals.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS:
*Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.
*To prevent water pipes from freezing; wrap or drain or allow them to drip slowly.
