Here's a screenshot of the part of the application where you state your estimated sales. It starts at $1 million. That shows how they view the industry and how stacked it is against small businesses. This license will cost me about $5,000. If we make $1million or if we make $40,000, the fee is the same.
I also just had to pay $1,000 application fee to give them all of the same info they already have for the other licenses. If you've got millions of dollars in investor cash, $1,000 is nothing. For a small business, $1,000 is a lot of money.
Virtually every regulation is like that. They truly want all the small independent businesses to go away.
