The only time I have done a mirror glaze on a cake was for the #cthulhu cake I made for @WTL a few years ago. The wings were hard sugar candy and the eyes and claws were from a tiny tube of gingerbread house leftover red frosting.

A more elaborate cake than I usually make; even bothered separating egg yolks and whites for this one! The recipe says this is a popular cottage cheese cake in Poland.
Agar jelly in ice moulds is an easy enough, yet festive, way to decorate too. #cakeBaking #baking -
Tried a few culinary experiments within a single cake. Well, 2 because my mould is too small.
* using cookie cutters as jelly moulds;
* using actual mould for jelly;
* both are 3d printed, so jelly can't be hot during pouring;
* adding stabilizer to sour cream;
* researched whipping powdered cream (with added water). Russian sources think it's near impossible but I found videos and blog posts in English, apparently it's normal.
