Among them are a number of members of the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF), including Royal Canadian Air Force Major Tristan Armstrong, who apparently left a trail of thousands of posts in far-right forums between 2019-2024. The CAF is now investigating him.

The event was pretty small and vetted (though the Canadian Anti-Hate Network was still able to slip someone in), so this isn't something she likely just showed up at by accident with two friends who happen to be known nazi thugs.
