  1. Update: The #C64mini does not let you play Bomberland or other 4 player games.
Yes, it emulates the adapter and 4 joysticks and keyboard work, but the performance drops and the games run slooowe... the music let you hear the performance drop😂
So, for 4 player games my C64C wins
    🕹🕹🕹🕹
Yes, I used a powered hub! It can't handle more than 2 joysticks and keyboard on usb bus🧐

Edit: I use 8bitdo and Brook usb BT receivers, as the TheJoystick sucks and my wired PS Arcadesticks fail to work. If you have two receivers connected, you get a very little hiccup, with 3 it really slows down. Powered hub does not help, it is the number of receivers on the usb bus. One receiver and the wired TheJoystick works fine for two player games, so player 2 has got bad luck😉
Maybe more wired controllers will be fine, but I have a lot of wired controllers and they all fail in certain ways. The support of 3rd party controllers on the mini is very bad😞

  3. Man nähert sich... aber bei #ManiacMansion kann man so viele Fehler machen... hatte das Tape von Razor schon im Umschlag... moment, war da nicht was mit nem Demotape?
Quarter eingeworfen... oh No!

    #Mouse #Trakball 🖱🖲

There is a version with mouse support for joystickport 2 in the internet.
Give it the name "maniac_P2.crt" and you can play it with a modern Trakball, having savestates for quick reload, as the save in the crt will only work on a real machine. The mini treats them as Read Only.
In the game you have to press "m" to toggle mouse support to "on".
Without the _P2 extension it will put the usb mouse into port 1 but the game expects it in port 2.
Fun fact: The extension _M2 did enable the mouse but the buttons did not work...
You also should better connect the usb receiver or mouse before power on.

  9. #C64C or #C64mini?
Well, I love the original machine more and together with a #Kungfuflash and a #Blue64 bluetooth receiver for wireless Keyboard and Arcadestick, I have the same capabilities as on the mini.

For twinstick games the #Unijoysticle2 is the best solution and it works only on the original C64 and I can have saves on a disk or inside of a CRT file, too.

The mini does not provide both but save states. To finish dificult games with no save option and to faster load floppy games by use of savestates is the big benefit of the mini.

I like both and map keys like F1, Space, etc. on my Arcadestick, which is much better gaming than back in the days😎

  11. The wireless keyboard works nice with the #C64 mini, so I should play #DallasQuest again😉

I have a #Blue64 in my #C64C, so I could play it there sitting on the Sofa but the loading time from the #SD2IEC takes so much longer than loading the Savestate on the #C64mini🤔

BTW, you can't shoot Sue Ellen😂
