Running advice?
I just completed the c25k program!
I'd like to keep on running but I'd like some external motivation/program for motivation. 30mins/~5k per session is enough for me. Any ideas?

Well tonight I met the target I’d set myself to run 780km this year (780 because it equates to doing 5k 3x a week all year.) So my running buddy and I celebrated with chips. #runchat #ukrunchat #c25kgraduate
