@dreamchipper Ja, #BusyCal am Mac, inzwischen sogar für den Menüleistenkalender und Natural Language Input (gebe kaum anders ein). Als Bestandskunde darf ich auch ohne Abo alle Altfunktionen von #Fantastical nutzen, das hat immer noch den besten Parser, aber am Mac zwinge ich mich z.Zt. zu BC. Im fullscreen ist mir BC eh lieber. Unter iOS nutze ich BC und Fantastical. F im Slideover für den schnellen Blick und Suche sowie Termin- & Task-Input (ungeschlagen), BC fullscreen. (1/3)

Heute ist das letzte @flexibits #Fantastical Widget gewichen. Leute, Ihr kriegt es seit Monaten, ach was, JAHREN nicht auf die Kette, dass der heutige Tag angezeigt wird und schon vor Tagen erledigte Tasks verschwinden. Euer Design ist immer noch mit Abstand das beste, und Euer Natural Language Parser ist ungeschlagen (neue Termine noch immer nur damit)! Aber solche Kleinigkeiten bei dem Preis nicht ein für allemal zu beheben, ist ein No-Go.

Wow, decided on the right calendar app @busymac #BusyCal - this seems 2b a gr8 update. Looking forward to check it all out, esp. since I shifted single day-by-day tasks from @things to #Reminders (bigger projects remain in Things). Now I can give them a duration and a status, so BusyCal becomes even more of a planning hub. Also, we use #Nextcloud in our school, so this is supported in more detail, it seems.

The nitpicking me still has a few issues, esp. with the task display, but alas… #FediLZ

Nachdem mir die Preise von #Fantastical schon vor Jahren zu arg(h) waren, habe ich zu BC gewechselt. Auf dem großen Bildschirm ein wahres Fest und die einzige mir bekannte Kalender-App, die Notizen in den Events anzeigt. So und nicht anders bereite ich meinen Unterricht vor und sehe in Cinemascope, was ich wann vorhabe.

Nur der irre Fantastical-Parser kommt für neue Termine & Tasks noch zum Einsatz.

@JoBlakely I use devonthink to index all my digital everything, and I export deliverables to a sane folder structure in the cloud.

I use #drafts to capture incoming notes and tasks.

I use #Obsidian for daily notes, a scratch pad, and an interface to my tasks, schedule, and important information I reference frequently.

I use #todoist for tasks, but I wish it was #omnifocus

#BusyCal for calendar, but I wish it was #Fantastical.

My point is, the tool doesn't matter. Any tool will do.

Ich nutze #2Do und wenn ich dort einen Alarm zum Task packe bekomme ich zumindest einen Hinweis über #BusyCal am #Mac wenn ich das gerade richtig auf dem Schirm habe.

Zufall: Höre aktuell eine Folge von @macsparky aus den #Podcast #Focused zum Thema was gehört und einen #Kalender und was gehört in den #TaskManager.

Wow #BusyCal for #macOS is really nice.

It’s had a visual redesign since last time I tried it. Looks great and has great features like easily adding a Zoom conference to a meeting, browsing my co-workers’ calendars, and letting *me* control when notifications are sent to invitees.

Using it via #SetApp but I also have a purchased license.
