CW: Store messes & privacy
Oh well, there goes another otherwise possible to use store, this one just online, aquarium coop. They demanded the right to send a text message to "confirm my ID", before continuing with a saved cart, then sent the codes anyway. They didn't warn in any way about that on their website & that's definitely not an acceptable practice for me, so that leaves that otherwise rather solid looking business in my "ditched bin" before I've even ordered from them once.
The reason it's a privacy problem is that I don't have an active cell phone & as I don't want to be looking at my husband's for such codes & he can't always talk, to do this, especially without posting about such a policy in advance on your website, is completely unacceptable!

When the state AG, #LetitiaJames, was conducting her #civil investigation into Trump’s #BusinessPractices, the #judge resolved disputes over evidence. Then, after she filed the resulting lawsuit a year ago, the judge began hearing arguments & ruled on pretrial litigation.

I would like to play #Diablo4, as I have been playing the series since the #beta for the original #Diablo #VideoGame on #PC, and I have logged umpteen thousands of hours on them all. I still have my original #Diablo2 discs, and install it on my desktop every so often.

I want to play the game, but not enough to stand with shitty companies and their #abusive #businesspractices, so I will not be buying it unless I know that they have cleaned up their act.
