I hope, at the end, #BurtYoung found peace with this horrible murder in his family. Given how I experienced the news as a 9 year old boy and had it recur in my thoughts for the next half-century, it's next to impossible for me to scale it to being the father to the victim, the husband to the murderer.
I grieve for Richie, I grieve for Burt. My heart goes out to Anne, his sister who I never knew or met (she was too young to go to OLS at the time). My condolences to the family and friends.
