In #hamont our various sets of #niagaraescarpment stairs are #activetransportation infrastructure.

People use them for many types of exercise, to link to #hsr and #hamontbikeshare and to commute.

These would be a big challenge to maintain in the winter months. But, to not even try, telling users "you're on your own" four months of the year is lazy.~
