Ordering scrips for the soon-to-be cast (audition notice soon) and creatives for Beginning. Nobody had the number of scrips I needed except a bookseller in London. When I contacted them to order the scripts, they said, "We have a few around our New York office, likely all you need" (even though the website said they were sold out), so there was no conversion from dollars to pounds and MUCH less shipping. (Sometimes, it pays to ask.)

Just back from having a great time at The Sound on Stage Awards. We went to support four of our BAT-family nominated in the Small Professional/Community category. Cyndi Bumgander, for best stage manager; Seamus Smith for best featured actor (in Red); Seyvon West for best featured actor (in Trouble in Mind), and Scott C. Brown for Best Actor (in Red).

BAT is actively pursuing building a 300-seat performing and visual arts center in Burien.
CCS would like to hold several focus groups on Zoom to obtain community feedback. CCS is focusing on Greater Burien business owners who might be impacted by the additional $1.3 to $2.6 million that would be spent in Burien and the 25,000 to 50,000 extra visitors such a venue would bring to Burien annually.
