Hear me out.
When you cut a leaf of lettuce and lay it on the bun, you are restricted in the amount of lettuce that you can use. Certainly, you can add another leaf, but then you’re doubling the amount of lettuce. What if you don’t want that much lettuce? What if you want one and a half times the amount of lettuce spread evenly across the bun?
Also, shredded lettuce allows the sauce on the bun to cross through to the rest of the food instead of being a barrier. It allows the burger to taste like a burger and not a bun, lettuce, tomato, onions, cheese, meat, and bun sandwich.

Eigentlich ist ja heute #frittenfreitag aber nachdem wir heute Mittag schon die Reste von gestern vertilgt hatten, war der Hunger jetzt nicht mehr groß genug.
Also gab's Burger mit den Pattys der veganen Fleischerei, darauf je nach Gusto Käse, Chili, gebratene Champignons & Zwiebeln & natürlich Eisbergsalat. Die Gewürzgurke gibt's immer dazu, da sie drauf niemand mag.
Die Pattys kann ich wärmstens empfehlen, Käse war Cheddar von Mondarella.
