    After an oddly motivational chat with someone yesterday, I felt more determined to get back on the #bulking train and keep lifting and eating.

    I started out this morning with a full arms/shoulders/upper-back workout at home. Removed that barrier of "but the gym is so far away". Felt a great pump afterward 🤩

    It'll be a while before I'm comfortable enough to show off at all, but maybe someday.
