Just built a custom AI assistant trained on Charles Bukowski’s rawest works. It doesn’t offer comfort, just cold truths and a glass of cheap wine.
Currently testing it from a noisy suburban bar surrounded by the usual bar flies. If it starts cursing at the patrons, I’ll know it’s working.

Ich find das immer schwierig, ein Werk nach seinem Autor zu beurteilen (und anders herum), gerade bei denen, die ich mag - ich mein, klar, Netflix hat jetzt reagiert (nehme ich an)
Und es gibt wahrscheinlich viele #Autoren, die irgendwie "Dreck am Stecken" haben. Ich möchte nicht wissen, was jemand wie #Kerouac oder #Bukowski so getrieben haben, oder #HenryMiller (aber die sind schon tot).
Vielleicht sollte ich eine "Bannstrafe" verhängen. 3 Jahre kein Gaiman?

@ScottSa Because of the kind of crazy I am, I had to research the original Robert Crumb illustration behind this and so many similar memes. Turns out it's called "Bring Me Your Love", and it dates from 1983. The caption is said to be a quote from beat poet Charles Bukowski:
"....SHE BROUGHT HER RIGHT HAND UP, LOOKED AT IT, CLENCHED IT INTO A FIST AND PUNCHED HERSELF SQUARELY IN THE NOSE, HARD."
