  12. @speedyb
    Yes, it's possible, LOL
I'd say #buddleja cuttings work about 99% of the time in my experience.
    Good luck!
The only down side to them is remembering how to spell the stupid word.

  16. Current status of my compact Buddleja Candy Little Ruby bush. I haven't seen any butterflies yet, which is a pity.

  20. First flowers on Buddleja Candy Little Ruby opened today. The scent is already there. Can't wait to see those butterflys come around.

  24. There are some pests feasting on my compact buddleja.
There is no webbing, so it is unlikely to be a case of spider mites. The suspects are too small to be aphids (at least those aphids I am familiar with).
These tiny pests (less than half of a millimeter in size) prefer grazing on the undersides of leaves. Their feeding leaves tiny light marks on the upper side of leaves.
What could it be? How can I get rid of it?

  28. I have a couple of questions for my gardening friends.

Am I right in thinking this is a buddleja?

And if it is, will it cope okay with being transplanted? I like buddleja - my Dad grew a big bush that he loved - and would be very happy for it to grow in my garden of its own volition.

It just can't stay in that spot. Too much of a nuisance.

EDIT: I feel rude calling it a nuisance. It is of course not a nuisance, but a good plant. Unfortunately, it's a good plant growing in a narrow gap beside my back door, and alas I sometimes need to leave my house.
