I'd say #buddleja cuttings work about 99% of the time in my experience.

I have a couple of questions for my gardening friends.
Am I right in thinking this is a buddleja?
And if it is, will it cope okay with being transplanted? I like buddleja - my Dad grew a big bush that he loved - and would be very happy for it to grow in my garden of its own volition.
It just can't stay in that spot. Too much of a nuisance.
EDIT: I feel rude calling it a nuisance. It is of course not a nuisance, but a good plant. Unfortunately, it's a good plant growing in a narrow gap beside my back door, and alas I sometimes need to leave my house.
