I’ve never really been that interested in 1st pressings. It’s nice when you get one, but not a deal breaker for me. With some exceptions I collect records for the music alone - there are a few box sets and limited runs I have, of course, but they are generally reserved for my absolute favourites. The Who, for example, and some others.
Anyway, I’m glad to take this one off my wants list. I was never going to pay the money being asked for a first pressing. I love Rumours, it’s a fantastic record, and I don’t think many would disagree with that, and I have always thought of Buckingham Nicks as a sister record to that album. I’ve had the songs digitally for a fairly long time, but never on vinyl. Playing it now whilst preparing some veg for later, and it sounds as good as I hoped it would. Didn’t realise when ordering that this is the Baby Blue version, looks nice.
