Just seen on FB that one of the #BTCC racing teams has been completely destroyed by a fire. Not only the team, but the business behind it too, a well known UK car detailing brand (Power Maxed).

Sometimes life really does seem insistent on serving up crap on a plate to people.

Those of you like me who are on the Freesat TV platform will notice new BBC HD channels (West MidlandsHD) are now broadcasting - BBC AlbaHD now on, BBC ParliamentHD will be starting soon.

Also ITV2, 3 and 4 are now in HD on this platform too, good news for ITV4 views for the #BTCC and the Tour de France later this year.

Catching up with this year's #BTCC races during the #f1 offseason and liking this new "x number of laps" of hybrid deployment depending on championship position. I think that's what F1 needs to do with DRS. DRS serves a need, but the endless DRS trains is not working. If drivers had a variable number of laps to use DRS it could really mix it up.
