@annaf I'd certainly suggest finding quick things to make on sites like #minimalistbaker and then think about how to add on to those simple meals with other more complex items you've tried. If you're up for it prep breakfasts or lunches on a day off. If you're up for it cook some of the amazing recipes that #bryantterry but those need more time so don't feel like you have to push yourself if you're not used to scratch cooking. Don't buy the hype that you need to shy away from convenience foods.
