Brussels Griffon，简称Griff。这个品种个性之强，够分给十个小狗。 格里芬是给少数有眼光的成年人的伴侣犬，它敏感聪明又专一，自大得有些滑稽。 一看它像人一样的大眼睛，你就会被迷住。 Griffs 有四种颜色：红色、黑红棕色（称为 belge）、黑褐色以及黑色。它们有两种毛质：刚毛型和顺毛型。耳朵允许被修剪，当然现在越来越倾向于保留天然耳朵。
Griff 的身体粗壮而结实，虽然小巧但是运动能力强。 它们善于交际，非常易于训练。 但它们的小个子和敏感天性不适合和孩子一起玩耍。它们更喜欢成熟稳重的人类。
最早是布鲁塞夫车夫养着抓老鼠的小狗，后来比利时女王 Henrietta Maria爱上了这个小不点儿，把它们带进宫廷。它们在女王的侍臣中风靡一时，上流社会进一步改良了这个品种，使身体更小，脸更像人。它们总有一种不满和judging你的表情，令人发笑。可以在ins搜一下#brusselsgriffon，可以看到各种鄙夷人类的傲慢小狗。现在格里芬也经常被叫做Chewbacca小狗。
