AP details on the man brought to the ER because he "ran into a wall" but hospital could tell was a lie. ICE used a metal baton on his head, which is lethal force, & broke his skull in 7 places. He should not have survived this attack but the feds refuse to investigate or prosecute.
A former roofer, he can no longer climb a ladder, or even bathe himself.
