New Orleans is an excellent and colorful place. While this rainbow cape wearer is a dear friend and was kind enough to strike a pose and hold it while I guessed at an exposure, there were many colorful and friendly strangers around most corners.

This isn't the sharpest image but I love how the texture of the scene is rendered by the grain and bokeh.
