Dear internet:
‘Silo’ complaints are so whiny sometimes.There are logistical and coordination realities for selective involvement in certain stages. It takes time to add new people to a project and get them up to speed and productive.
And it isn’t a ‘silo’ just because you, personally, don’t get a say.
