Estoy volviendo a ver #Brooklyn99 y llevo cinco minutos* riéndome con esta escena tan absurda.
Esa forma de fardar mientras se reencuadra la escena para mostrar por sorpresa a Boyle acompañando al ritmo más allá de la puerta y la naturalidad con la que reacciona dándole las gracias... no sé, pero ha tocado una tecla que me ha desmontado.

And it inspired me look up “Take My Breath Away” and stumbled across this absolute bonkers gem of a cover.
Y’all, I got *shivers* when the full choir came in on the chorus. 😂

Watching Brooklyn 99 is one of the few things helping me hold it together right now. It’s so predictable (from a crime-solving perspective*) but still oh so enjoyable. Maybe the predictability is what makes it so satisfying.
It’s like the pop music of sitcoms.**

Bin fast mit meinem #Community rewatch durch.
#TheOffice ist mir zu anstrengend. War schon bei Stromberg zu nervig.
#ModernFamiliy bin ich auch nie wirklich warn geworden.
#Brooklyn99 hab ich vorher durch gehabt.
#HIMYM, #TBBT, etc kommen quasi die ganze Zeit im TV.

I used to get great joy out of Brooklyn Nine-Nine until the day i suddenly realized it's straight-up copaganda. I haven't watched it since.
I do watch other shows with cops in it, but those shows don't shy away from the corruption. They don't make the police look like a misunderstood good-guy organization.
Currently rewatching Dexter. Just got to the third episode of the first season, and wow. That's a good episode. Except for younger man Dexter. Not sure how they managed it, but when the actor wears the shaggy young Dexter wig, he looks so much older than he does as current day Dexter. #Dexter #copaganda #Brooklyn99

Since members of my family are having a #Brooklyn99 binge, I spent the evening making a completely new episode using #AI, after feeding it (Claude) on a bunch of scripts from existing episodes.
Honestly the script I/we came up (after about 6 rounds of prompting to make it funnier and more edgy) is, IMO, as good as any of the real episodes. And it was fairly easy to generate shot lists, production/lighting/audio notes etc
I tried a few script-to-video generators but they were all optimised for corporate presentations.
A text--to-video model fine-tuned on previous episodes to capture all the characters and sets with enough depth could probably generate those new shots quite convincingly, especially including VASA.
This is not my main job however, and I have no desire to upset the creators of that show ...
It does feel very plausible, though, that 24-hour streaming channels of such content are around the corner ... not to mention virtual worlds where you can be immersed in it ...

I often rewatch, the office, friends, Brooklyn 99, big bang, and black-ish. But it’s hard to get into Parks and Recreation. I’m not sure what it is, I loved the show when it was new, but it doesn’t hold up for some reason. Does anyone have any theories as to why.
