There were MOUNTAINS of evidence of Sander's suffering from mental health issues however the SAME Judge who just admitted all of Clancy's medical history REFUSED to admit that same type of evidence in a Black mother's trial.

Not only that, but Judge Sullivan literally JUST had that earlier ruling over turned by the Mass. Supreme Court.
