This is fresh Portuguese "#Broa de Milho", still a bit warm from the oven, with a thick brown #crust. It smells of #sourdough and tastes like nothing you could buy - except where it's just been made: the #bakery isn't a museum but the real thing, and the #flour comes from a #watermill. All that is part of a rural restaurant where #traditional #food from Northern #Portugal, the #Minho region near #Porto is served. It's much loved by the locals. Not a tourist place at all. #travel
