Some in-universe lore about "Blade Runner" is that the movie "Soldier" has references to both Tannhauser Gate and the Shoulder of Orion, along with a broken down Spinner on "Arcadia 234" where Todd has been marooned.

A ship which resembles the Sulaco can been seen in "Blade Runner 2049" also.

In The Fifth Element, the apartment that Korben Dallas lives in is no longer a thing of the cyberpunk future. Coffin apartments are here. But, there are features we don't currently have: a self-making bed, cigarette dispenser, a weapons locker, and a window in the sky that allows for your favourite self-propelled noodle shop to pull up in.

I'm envious of those on demand noodles.

"Nemesis" is a 1992 Albert Pyun CyberPunk classic.

The special effects are still alright and hold up, CyberPunk themes are heavy, the plot is largely intact with minimal problems, but the acting is - serviceable.

However, the action is spectacular as you can see in the video here:

Cyberjack (also known as Virtual Assassin) stars Michael Dudikoff and Brion James. It's more of an obscure cyberpunk movie and could be (generously) described as a guilty pleasure from the 90's.

Interestingly, there is a shot where a computer monitor displays "Skynet" clearly. I doubt this movie shares any kind of universe with the Terminator.
