Quand les #BriochePasqier te mettent du #Rhum dans ta #Brioche du petit déjeuner sans t'en informer !
Au début j'ai cru que c'était encore cette satanée fleur d'oranger, puis je me suis dit que ça avait quand même un meilleur goût, j'ai regardé l'étiquette et là bim, de l'alcool…
Alors perso, j'ai rien contre ! Mais au goût, ça n'apporte rien du tout. Et puis je pense aux personnes qui ont eu des soucis avec l'alcool pour qui juste une brioche pourrait faire replonger, c'est honteux !

Morgen backe ich Brioche. Dafür habe ich heute schon mal einen Teig aus Mehl, wenig Zucker, lauwarme Milch mit ganz wenig Hefe verquirlt, reichlich Butter + Eiern gemacht.
Durch die lange Zeit, die der Teig zum Gehen hat, braucht man wirklich nur ganz wenig Hefe (2 g auf 450 g Mehl).
