    chicken legs results:

Very tender meat, well seasoned but a little much dill.

Would be great with breasts for sandwiches especially with lettuce, tomato yada but for a dinner standalone not a revisit.

  8. I can still make the old recipes, but everything is much more sour now. I can't wash the brine off the preserved vegetables, because we don't have the water to spare.

Salt, sugar, pepper, garlic, poultry seasoning.

Once it cools down I'll soak the chicken for about 6 hours or so and roast. It does help with juiciness and flavor.
