I feel guilty every time I post with the hashtag #Brighton instead of #BrightonMA, but nobody else seems to use #BrightonMA so if I used that tag my posts wouldn't get seen, and using both tags seems stupid.
If only the folks on both sides of the pond could have a colloquium on the topic and mutually agree that we'll use #BrightonMA and they'll use #BrightonUK and everybody will be happy. It's a pleasant fantasy.
