The cable company that we haven’t been a customer of for over a year has sent us to collections for an unpaid bill. Of course I didn’t pay it! I’m not a customer!!!! Stupid “breezeline”. #breezeline #scam

At least once a year I go through this thing with my ISP #Breezeline where I start experiencing hours of really high packet loss. I engage with my ISP's support to try to get to the bottom of it. They either keep asking me to take other devices out of my network, or else just stop responding until one day the issue just stops happening.
It's so frustrating, and they're the only provider for broadband wired internet in the area. Even the wireless 5G providers don't offer services at my address.
