The vast majority of my dysphoria is around breast size - I have never had bottom dysphoria. Because I am a big girl (though less big now) I’ve had to wear forms for years to be able to fit into what I wear most days (dresses). Nobody makes dresses for fat girls with no boobs.
So it’s finally hitting me that I’ll be getting breast augmentation in July. No more forms, no more worrying if they’ll show or if they’ll shift. It’ll just be me. Aaaaaaaaaa 😁 #transition #TopSurgery #BreastAugmentation #surgery

actually im kinda terrified of breast implants, I was reading the most recent cancer reporting/notice from the FDA and it sounds... idk scary as hell. It IS a very rare cancer but still, quite concerning.
but despite it like... the euphoria from having nice breasts...
